Received Incorrect or Missing Product

  • If you open the parcel and find out the product is not the version you ordered or you find out some accessories are missing, please provide photos of:
  1. The product you received.
  2. The tracking number printed on the parcel.

Please email these photos to us at elecfoxmy@gmail.com within 15 days after you received the parcel.

  • To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused, unopened products only, must in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will proceed to the refund procedure.

We only accepted return/refund for the defected product in 15 days.

  

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. In such casees, we will cover the shipping fees.
  • To return a product, all items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, parts, and accessories. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs and assume any risk of loss or damage to the product during transit to ElecFox
